Our class conducted a strategic plan for the future of the New Hampshire Boat Museum. Throughout the semester, we have envisioned a new business plan for the growth of the organization. We divided the class into appropriate groups: management, product development, finance, marketing, operations, and an integrative leadership team to bring all ideas together. In the presentation, we will showcase our new vision for the museum's up and coming renovations. Some ideas included alterations to their name, facilities themselves, and a staffing expansion.
